This architecturally designed, developer driven project is sited on a cross leased section up a long leafy drive to a two storey townhouse consisting of Oamaru Stone and rusticated cedar weatherboard. The access was always tight, however with planning and preparation high on the priority list and the usual consistency of workmanship, yet another House of Year Gold Award was achieved in the $350,000 to $450,000 price category. The property was put on the market immediately after completion and a successful result was realised promptly.
