Every construction process is unique and depends on the scope and complexity of the project. Here’s a brief outline of the building process and what is involved.

Initial Meet
We meet with you to introduce ourselves and to get an idea of your expectations of the project. We discuss your ideas and what opportunities are available to you.

Design
If you’re thinking about building an architectural home, or even a renovation, this is an important stage. We have worked closely with several architects/designers if you’re not sure of who to go with. We can help match you with an architect that will match your style, budget and how much input you want into the design.

Once you have your initial drawings, we encourage you to keep us involved in the design process. By working with you and the design team during the concept stages, we can help you save time and money by using our extensive knowledge in the industry, without compromising aesthetic intent. From our experience having us involved in the design process ensures a smoother build.

3.

Pricing
Determining a budget for your project is essential. We will price your job and supply you with a fully itemised working price, where you can see where costs get allocated. We are passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes, within your critical time parameters.

Build
The adventure begins. We will be communicating with you throughout the whole process. We keep in contact with the architect and our sub-trades regularly. We have full confidence in the people we work with, for your home to be the best.

5.

After Build Care
When the building work is complete, we walk through the house with you and ensure you are 100% satisfied with the standard of workmanship. Our final checklist goes over all of the finishing touches in every room
- we pride ourselves on our attention to detail.
